The client is the data controller and is responsible for obtaining any required consents from their end-customers.

איננו מוכרים מידע אישי. אנו משתפים מידע רק כנדרש לאספקת השירות, ובכללם: Meta Platforms / WhatsApp (דרך ה-WhatsApp Business Cloud API הרשמי, לצורך שליחה/קבלה של הודעות), ספקי-תשתית ואירוח, וכשהדבר נדרש על-פי דין.We do not sell personal information. We share data only as needed to provide the service, including: Meta Platforms / WhatsApp (via the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API, to send and receive messages), hosting and infrastructure providers, and where required by law.

אנו נוקטים אמצעים טכניים וארגוניים להגנה על המידע: הצפנת טוקנים ונתונים רגישים במנוחה, בקרת-גישה לפי-תפקיד, והפרדה מלאה בין לקוחות. עם זאת, אף מערכת אינה חסינה לחלוטין.We apply technical and organizational measures to protect data: encryption of tokens and sensitive data at rest, role-based access control, and full isolation between clients. No system, however, is completely immune.

אנו שומרים מידע כל עוד הוא דרוש לאספקת השירות ולעמידה בחובות חוקיות, ולאחר מכן מוחקים או הופכים אותו לאנונימי. לקוח עסקי רשאי לבקש מחיקת נתונים שעובדו עבורו.We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, after which we delete or anonymize it. A business client may request deletion of data processed on their behalf.
